Cleverlance Requester
Cleverlance Requester is a module providing a Request Management System (RMS) and Helpdesk function. RMS enables the acquisition, administration, management and recording of requests, comments or discrepancies within the framework of development, project, production activities or within the framework of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Cleverlance Requester is set during the development of the solution and serves as a project communication tool between the customer and Cleverlance, or the solution provider as the case may be. The customer is thus always precisely informed of the status of his request or suggestion. Cleverlance Requester was created on the basis of many years of experiences in communicating requests within the framework of over 100 completed projects. It is used in the company for communication with customers within the framework of project activities and technical and operating support, as well as for internal communication as part of operation, production and QMS in accordance with the ISO 9001.
