Cleverlance DOC
Cleverlance DOC is a Cleverlance product providing a Document Management System (DMS). The need to administer and maintain various documents is created naturally with the increase in a company’s size, level of organization and information needs. DMS is a system that allows for the well-arranged and central administration of documents in an organization in such a way so that each document is clearly identified, securely stored and can be found at any time according to the various parameters or filters.
Working with documents consists of more than their creation, modification and storage to the central repository. Organization processes, especially with the introduction of the ISO 9001 quality system, require specific rules for work with documents. These rules support the approval, the management of versions of documents and their release to circulation. Documents often need to be subject to a specific workflow.
Cleverlance DOC is designed for a company that needs to administer tens and hundreds of thousands of documents each year in an environment that provides for order and consistency. It was designed so that the average PC user can use it, anywhere on the Internet without having to install other software at the workstation. Support of document profile, versioning, searching, integration with MS Office, administration of users and user rights is a given. Information on documents is securely stored in an SQL database. Cleverlance DOC supports workflow and documentation management pursuant to ISO 9001 norms.
