Cleverlance shares in development of Komerční banka's Internet banking
Cleverlance has played a significant role in the development of the new version of Internet banking for Komerční banka (KB) that was implemented in 2009.
The new version features modifications that bring clients changes related to the EU’s Payment Services Directive (option of free download of statements via a standard channel, setting of days between two account collections, display of unmade payments from standing orders, etc.), new options in investing to mutual funds, improved security and other improvements in different functions.
The most important channels of KB Internet banking include the two variants called Mojebanka and Profibanka. Mojebanka is a web application that provides services ranging from normal payment operations to investment options to the possibility to make on-line requests for a loan, among other things. The Profibanka application is a fat client that brings together Internet application advantages with the performance of a local application. It’s designed for companies expected a larger number of operations.
“Cleverlance is a partner that supplies us with IT specialists in a whole array of roles. They've helped us succeed in supplying products to clients at the quality level that we hope for," said Josef Pecháček, ITPL and head of the competency center of Komerční banka’s DCS.
Ondřej Brom, Cleverlance’s Executive Director for Banking said: “Working with Komerční banka always brings new challenges in our work. And with our long-term partnership we’re committed to providing the best possible results.“
Direct Channel Systems (DCS) are built on the Websphere Application Server and also makes use of the Oracle database.
Cleverlance is one of the leading suppliers of IT consultancy services for Komerční banka. Their cooperation dates back to 2001.
