Cleverlance announces management changes
As of January, the software consulting company Cleverlance and its subsidiaries AEC and TrustPort, providing services and products for IS security, have been going by the official name Cleverlance Group.
The reason for the creation of this new legal entity is the growing IT specialisation and the expanding offer of services and products of the aforementioned companies.
Jiří Bíba (45), Cleverlance's hitherto executive director, has become the CEO of the Cleverlance Group. Mr Bíba previously worked for Bea Systems, and was employed for many years in the aviation industry - his career began in the joint team of ČSA and Air France, and he then held positions in FylServe and Globex. He graduated from the School of Eletrotechnical Engineering and Computer Sciences of the Czech Institute of Technology. Mr Bíba is married with two children and his hobbies include yachting and golf.
Petr Štros (39), who previously held the position of director for the telecommunications segment, was named Cleverlance’s new executive director. His vast experience in ICT was also gathered at Nextra Czech Republic and Aliatel. Mr Štros graduated from the Technical University of Ostrava, is married and will soon welcome the arrival of his third child. He enjoys playing sports in his leisure time, likes travelling and is a big fan of Italian cuisine.
Aleš Vokrouhlík (34) has been named the new director for the telecommunications segment. He’ll be responsible for commercial development and supplies of software solutions for the telecommunications sector. A former Key Account Manager, Mr Vokrouhlík acquired experience from the Telco segment at companies such as Siemens and ANECT. He’s married with two sons. He actively plays tennis and futsal, and enjoys cycling and skiing.
