Komerční banka launches new version of Internet banking
Cleverlance’s developers take part in successful in Release 8 project
Prague, 25 Oct. 2004 – Komerční banka, the leader of the banking market in the Czech Republic, has implemented new versions of the applications Mybank, Profibank and Direct Channel, which now include many more useful functions. For instance, the option of investing to share funds via direct banking was made accessible for KB clients. Smaller changes arising from the Czech National Bank’s decrees were also implemented and the stability and availability of all applications were once again increased.
Cleverlance’s developers comprised a substantial part of the team that worked on the preparations of the new version of Internet banking for nearly a year. “I can’t imagine completing a project of this extent without the help of Cleverlance’s developers. Thanks in part to their high level of professionalism and significant experience, the entire project was a success,” said Jan Silber, Head IT Programmer at Komerční banka.
“We have been working with Komerční banka for over three years and during this period we’ve managed to jointly construct one of the best assessed Internet banking systems in the Czech Republic. It’s an honour for us that Komerční Banka chooses to work with increasingly more developers from our company. Komerční banka’s internet banking, which previously, thanks to its options of on-line administration, submission of standing orders and wide range of sent statements, was among the leading Internet banking systems in the Czech Republic, has once again increased its lead.
Komerční Banka’s clients can now directly in the Mybank application conclude an agreement on investing in Komerční Banka’s share funds and then manage their investments directly in an intuitive interface of the MyBank application.
Last but not least, a feature was implemented that allows amounts of sent orders to be changed – to cancel orders or authorised them in another amount without having to cancel the entire order as before.
