Popis pozice :	• RFI and RFP answering participation • Develop systems and processes necessary for the tracking, planning and execution of projects • Proceeding and coordinating communication with customer (banking or telco) • Coordination of all project participants • Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines • Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow • Analyze short- and long-term resource needs • Responsible for financial performance of projects • Identifies and manages project risks • Performing and guarantying change management • Guarantying adherence to methodology • Evaluation of team members and carrier growth proposal • Team motivation
Požadované zkušenosti :	• Experience in people management and work organization • Experience in communicating with customers • Very good knowledge of methodologies for managing developmental and integration projects • Knowledge of methodologies for managing developmental and integration projects • Communication and presentation know-how • Reliability, independence, flexibility, analytical thinking • Capable of teamwork • Overview of IT technology • At least one year experience in managing projects (banking or telco) • Very good knowledge of one or more project management tools • At least 5 year experience in “mission critical” projects • Very good English, fluent Czech
